I was approached online by someone named Melissa, who gradually moved our conversation over to WhatsApp. She claimed she had inherited a large amount of crypto assets and used her profits to support various non-profit organizations. Over time, she gained my trust and offered to help me invest in crypto, insisting she could accurately predict the market. Melissa guided me step-by-step to open an account on what appeared to be a legitimate trading platform at and , and she provided me with “exclusive” trading signals for short-term trades. Everything looked real, and my account balance kept growing. But the nightmare began when I tried to withdraw my funds.
